Our suppliers are an integral and critical component of Selective Industries ability to deliver quality products which meet or exceed our customers expectations. To ensure that we deliver the greatest value possible, we use a formal process for selecting and managing our supply partners. We are committed to working with our suppliers to provide our customers with the best solutions to meet their manufacturing needs through partnered analysis of product materials and components.


Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)

Selective Industries is committed to Zero Defects. Through the use of cross-functional team-oriented APQP, a full understanding of our customer requirements is obtained. Using this methodology, error-proofing methods are developed and applied to ensure consistency and conformity during each manufacturing operation. From manufacturing through final delivery of the product, error-proofing systems are incorporated to evaluate the product and to ensure a defect-free delivery.
